About this villa rental
Modern villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, separate toilet. Wi-Fi, satellite television (x2), DVD player and CD player are also provided.
The villa is situated on a 1,200-sq.m property, 1.5 km away from the nearest beach. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.
The house is divided into 2 separate apartments. Each one has its own living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. It’s ideal for families wanting to go on holiday together while maintaining their privacy.
Outside we have a large (10 x 5 m) outdoor swimming pool with outdoor shower. Next to that: the bar with a barbecue and refrigerator for a refreshing beverage after having a swim. Around the house several fruit trees grow, so enjoy a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice or fresh pomegranates, pears...

Moraira once started as a small fishing village on the Spanish coast. However, it soon expanded to become the Saint-Tropez of the Costa Blanca.
Besides the perfect climate, sea, and beach, Moraira has a lot more to offer: a relaxed atmosphere, beautiful nature, and above all: several wonderful beaches.
On the terraces near the beaches real bon vivants can indulge themselves with Spanish rosados, tostados with aioli, olives or one of those exquisite paellas! Once settled on one of the terraces with a view over the yachts and the crystal clear Mediterranean, life becomes perfect: you only want to return home when sun is setting into the sea.
If the beach ever starts to bore you, or you don't feel like shopping in the small streets of this cute town, and you don't like tennis, mini-golf, jet skiing or sailing, then you can just take the car and drive to one of the nearby villages or cities. The coastal tourist town of Calpe is always worth a visit. Every now and then the meandering little roads towards it beckon you to stop for awhile and enjoy the beautiful view, which is an attraction in itself.
A bit further north: the big city of Valencia, where you cannot get away from real Spanish life. Hustle and bustle mixed with a distinctive Latin flair and the peaceful siestas each and every afternoon make for a fantastic atmosphere in the fourth-biggest city of Spain. Culture, history, and modern art ensure you won't be bored for a minute.
When you come back home, you’ll realize that nothing is as agreeable as coming back to the tranquil and magical atmosphere of Moraira.
Moraira town also has plenty of exquisite little restaurants. Don't come here to lose weight: the magic word is indulgence!

Our week at Casa Reigel was exceptional. This stunning villa in Benissa provided us with a spacious and private oasis in a location that perfectly suited our needs. Here's why we rate it 5 stars:
Casa Reigel lived up to its listing description and more. The spaciousness and privacy of the property were just as promised. Its strategic location, close to the charming village with its array of restaurants and shops, mere minutes from the beach, and offering easy train access to Valencia, made it an ideal base for our vacation.
The villa came equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the kitchens were on the smaller side, they were adequately equipped. We did encounter some challenges with the coffee machines, and unfortunately, the ovens weren't operational during our stay. However, the outdoor kitchen/bar provided a perfect alternative, and we enjoyed preparing and dining al fresco on most occasions.
We were most fortunate to have wonderful weather during our stay, which allowed us to fully appreciate the magnificent terraces. Lounging and dining furniture were super comfortable, and sparkling clean pool was nothing short of extraordinary. The outdoor kitchen/bar was a favorite spot for grilling,and for keeping beverages cold and close by. Communication with Marleen was clear, she responded promptly to our inquiries/requests.
We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to those seeking a 5star,relaxing,private retreat in picturesque town of Benissa.

Wow! Our spring stay at this fantastic villa in Benissa was an absolute blast! We were desperate to escape the gloomy weather in Belgium, and this place was the perfect antidote. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and the warm welcome from the lovely owner.
The villa itself was like stepping into a dream. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, making us feel right at home. Whether we were lounging by the private pool, enjoying a barbecue on the terrace, or simply relaxing in the plush living room, we felt pampered and relaxed.
The owner truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They were incredibly accommodating, always there to answer our questions and offer suggestions on the best places to visit. Their passion for hospitality shone through, and we felt like we were staying with old friends.
Exploring the surrounding area was an adventure in itself. Benissa's picturesque beauty took our breath away, and the nearby beaches were a slice of paradise. We spent our days sunbathing, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and indulging in delicious local cuisine.
Leaving this villa was undoubtedly bittersweet. Going back to Belgium but certainly we will revisit this region and house!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a rental villa in Benissa and I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm welcome and friendliness of the owner. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making me feel right at home, we even received a welcome package.
The cleanliness of the villa was absolutely impeccable - every nook and cranny was spotless! The accommodations were beyond my expectations with great WiFi and access to Netflix. The airco’s were brand new and worked like a charm, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay.
The region of Benissa is simply breathtaking. The coast line is just a beautiful sight to behold, I couldn't have asked for a better location to relax and unwind.
Overall, my stay at this villa in Benissa was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable get away stay in Benissa.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marleen's villa in Benissa! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The house itself was fantastic - it was spacious, clean, and had been recently updated with new painting inside and new furniture. Everything was in excellent condition and worked perfectly.
What really set this property apart was the privacy. Many other houses in the area have a view from the neighbors, but this house had tons of privacy, which was really important to me. I felt like I had my own little slice of paradise, with no one around to disturb me.
Marleen, the property owner, was a joy to communicate with. She was always responsive and helpful, and she really went out of her way to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to help with anything that came up.
Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and private getaway in Benissa. I enjoyed my stay so much that I've already booked my next visit for July of this year! I can't wait to return and enjoy all that this wonderful property has to offer again. Five stars all the way!
