The villa May-10 is located in Benissa, just 600m from the famous El Advocat beach on the Benissa coast, with a beach bar included. At 6 km is the center of Moraira and Calpe where you can enjoy all kinds of amenities such as restaurants, bars and shops while enjoying the sea views. May-10 is a pleasant villa with panoramic views of orange fields. It offers parking for 2 cars at the entrance and the house is built on two levels. On the first floor, we find a large living room with SAT+TV+A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and views of the orange trees, then there is a bedroom with two single beds and A/C, a shower room and another double bedroom with A/ C and private bathroom.
In addition to a shaded terrace at the same level, surrounded by a small garden. The ground floor is accessed by both internal and external stairs. The ground floor has a large living room with TV + A/C and kitchen included, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, all three share a bathroom with shower.
