Located in the desirable Sea Oats Condominiums, our 1340 sq ft condo is directly on Redington Shores Beach in a quiet and safe community with private access to the beautiful white-sand beach, breathtaking sunset views, and relaxing atmosphere.
Simply take the elevator downstairs, walk out the back gate, and your toes will be met with soft sand as the salty breeze hits your skin.
— Enjoy walking to many different local restaurants, coffee shops, and beach stores. Or, hop on the Jolley Trolley, with a stop located right outside the complex, and explore the
other nearby beaches and attractions.
— The beachside pool is heated and open year-round, providing a comfortable escape from the Florida heat. The pool is open until 10pm, so you can watch the sunset while enjoying a night swim. Or, if sunbathing is more your style, there are plenty of lounge chairs available on the deck.
— Take advantage of the beachside charcoal grills and then have your meal at the tiki-style picnic tables with great views of the sand and shore.

Wonderful location! We loved being able to walk down the stairs and right out onto the beach. Beautiful balcony view. Lots of helpful beach gear. The host was very responsive and check in was a breeze.

The kitchen was immaculate and well equipped with every pan you could wish for. For the first time ever in a VRBO rental there were packages of snacks, and a wide variety of coffee and tea available for the Keurig. The unit was easy to find and right on the beach. Our host and hostess were VERY quick to respond to any question we had. Storage space for our belongings was more than adequate, every dresser drawer spotless. We had very few questions but when we did our hosts were quick to respond. We can't say enough good things about unit 401 at Sea Oats. As advertised the deck/balcony/ porch (we called it all 3 names) was roomy enough for 6 people although we limited it to 4- furniture comfy and clean. For those of us with back or knee surgery, there is a regular height and raised height toilet in the unit. Wifi was speedy (5g) which is important in this day and age. We couldn't have been more satisfied and will stay here again if dates are available.

Host kept us informed and were able to check in a couple of hours early. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable and being right on the gulf was perfect. Many beautiful sunsets we could view from our balcony.
