Walk into cruise ship views in Ram Sea 612 three-bedroom, two-bathroom Gulf front Condo in N. Redington Beach. This spacious top floor Gold Tier Condo boosts updated tropical décor throughout. The very private direct Gulf Front balcony has sought after ceiling fans keeping you comfortable while you enjoy the spectacular views of our white sugar sand beach. Balcony offers access from both the living room and the master bedroom.
612 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with updated cabinets with soft close drawers, granite countertop, new stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms and cable. Telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer granite double sink vanities and recessed ceiling fans. Washer & dryer Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. This vacation rental comes with local gym membership (walking distance) at no charge. No smoking. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons - call for exceptions please. Maximum occupancy: 8. Two parking spaces.

From arrival to departure everything was a breeze, apartment was well maintained, clean and everything that was needed for a nice relaxing week. Renovations are still ongoing but it was amazing to see the Ram Sea being restored to all it's glory. Thank you once again and we can't wait until we return

Pros:Condo was great! Clean, well kept & everything we needed. Great size for a large family - esp with teens. Location was perfect - right on the beach, lots of options close by. Cons:THE ELEVATOR! Only one REALLY old elevator for each building. It was sooooo slow and cramped and hot. Checkout day was a nightmare d/t everyone trying to move out at once with only one elevator - at one point it shut down completely.Parking was really limited and no covered parkingPool was closed
