Home away from home-Ram Sea 510 is a SILVER rated three-bedroom two bath Gulf front vacation rental located in North Redington Beach. This spacious fifth floor corner vacation rental has a very comfortable decor with many updates. It includes a private Gulf front balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. 510 has a full size and fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat screen color cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen bed and 1 single bed in the 3rd bedroom. 510 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

My family and I rented two condos at Ram Sea. We had 4 generations staying for our 2025 family vacation. We had the best time and made plenty of lasting memories. Both condos were clean, well stocked and just beautiful. The ladies in the office and the entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was some ongoing construction on the pool and parking spaces from the hurricane, but didn’t bother us at all. The workers were very courteous. The pool wasn’t quite ready, but after the hurricanes that’s totally understandable. It will be beautiful when done. And we prefer the beach and ocean anyway. The best part is how close the beach is and how easily accessible it is. My 77 year old dad has a hard time walking, but we got him to the beach every day we went and he truly enjoyed watching his kids, grandkids and great grandkids. This was by far our favorite place for our family vacation. We will be back next year.

The beds in the second bedroom were unsleepable so people had to sleep on a sofa and loveseat that were not pullout. The dryer broke, the bathroom lock was broken and a few people had embarrassing moments. The pool was not open and we had no grill. The office people seemed indifferent to our problems. The condo was pretty. If the problems were fixed and the beds replaced we would rent it again.
