Welcome to “Our Piece of the Beachâ€! Beautiful Home away from home-Ram Sea 513 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom two bath Gulf front vacation rental located in North Redington Beach. This spacious fifth floor vacation rental has leather sofa, love seat and recliner. This condo has that beach and home feeling. All flooring is tile and vinyl. There is a large private Gulf front balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. 513 has an updated, full size and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops that is complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Also included in condo 513 is a separate bar area with cabinets and counter. Flat panel color cable televisions in living room and all three bedrooms. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. 513 has Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. 7-night minimum stay requirement year-round. Maximum occupancy: 8.

We loved this unit and it had everything we needed. We appreciated all the “extras” that were in the condo, such as beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of sand toys.We also were so excited that the pool opened while we were there!Will definitely be back!!
