Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully air-conditioned flat for rent in Sète, with sea views, situated approximately 300 metres from the beach, featuring a swimming pool, with a floor area of 43 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. Situated on the 3rd and top floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a double sofa bed (180x200), dining area, TV…
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, hob, air fryer…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (80×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A swimming pool for residents’ use (heated and open from 1 April to 30 September)
- A balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days
In the residential complex:
- A relaxation area on the ground floor (by the swimming pool) with a steam room and sauna available at an additional cost
- A fitness room available free of charge
The flat is ideally situated in Sète, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be within easy reach of all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Activities:
- Water sports: boat hire, jet skis, water skiing, tubing, towable activities, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, pedalos. (within walking distance)
- Cycle path through the dunes between Sète and Marseillan Plage (a paradise for cyclists and rollerbladers…)

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the private, enclosed and secure garage (one vehicle)
