About this villa rental
Locasete (villa rental in Sète and owner of 4 villas in Villeroy) offers this magnificent 5-room villa in the modern district of Villeroy.
Please note that your reservation will only be final when we receive the contract you have filled out on the website of our company Locasete.
Located in front of our other villa, the villa des arts rue de la brise marine in Sete 100 meters from the beaches (restaurants, bar, games nearby)
There is at the back of the villa da Vinci gate which by the path of the Bonance takes you directly to the beach in 5 minutes on foot.
Take advantage of our beautiful sunny days to use the 6 bikes available to walk around town or on the cycle paths by the sea to Marseillan.
Three of the 4 bedrooms open onto the upstairs terrace and two of the 4 bedrooms also have a view of the Etang de Thau.
There are 3 double beds in 160x200 and 2 single beds in 90x200 and a sofa bed in the living room
The living room is a large area open to the garden and pool area with a beautiful covered terrace.
In the evening, take advantage of the lighting in the garden to prepare a good BBQ, so you can continue to enjoy the beautiful evenings by the sea. 7 kw car charging station available free of charge

A great villa for an extended familyholiday. Close to the beach and within easy walk of shops and restaurants and bars.
Sylvia and William were very friendly and the instructions for keys etc were simple and accurate..
We had a lovely time and being just a short walk to the beach and bar Ola was brilliant. Easy bus journey into the town centre so we were able to watch the jousting

Beautiful House, close to a very nice beach and beachbars. Sylvie and William took good care and acted fast on any issued.

A lovely villa, only a short walk to the beach and beach bars. The shops and restaurants were a short cycle along an off road cycle path along the beach front. I great place to stay for a family holiday.
