We enjoyed our stay and the location to the beach—very walkable distance. The unit was very clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. Bed was very large and comfortable. It was not equipped with a stove, microwave, or dishwasher as stated. This wasn’t a problem for us, as we didn’t cook meals at the cottage. I would recommend this rental to friends and would stay again!!

Yes, host was welcoming. I enjoyed the quietness & close proximity to the beach. It was nice & clean, bed was comfortable & shower was good. I will definitely stay here again!

The cottage was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great for most our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. Just a couple minor suggestions and this cottage would be exceptional. I thought it could use few hooks by the shower and sink for towels. While there were an abundance of linnens,which is nice but it left little room for storage of clothes and personal items in the drawers. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again.

We had a great time and liked the cleanliness of the property. However, the ad for this property misrepresented it in our opinion. The twin beds were not suited to be pushed together due to headboards/footboards, there is not outdoor seating area (patio/porch) the tv speaker was junk, outlet in bathroom did not work which made getting ready a challenge. There was a gap under the door that leads to other unit. So any noise was completely unfiltered. You could hear them open a pop. Their kitchen backed up to our bedroom so the scents of anything they cooked overtook the unit. Thankfully the people staying in other unit were quiet and great neighbors, otherwise it could have made for a very unpleasant week.
We made due with these challenges and had a great time but would not stay here again. Loved the area and location just not the unit as it is currently set up.
