Overall the place is very nice. Just one or two recommendations: put another mirror in . There is only one in the bathroom. Difficult getting ready to go out with only one. Also the a/c seemed to keep making a noise at night which was hard to get used to. But we had a great time, it was in a great location and would recommend.

House was very cute and a fantastic location with bay right across the street and beach a short 2 blocks in the other direction. Only negative is the small second unit connected to the house. From the kitchen and bedroom of our house you can hear every noise and conversation from the other unit, including their toilet flushing at night. Needs better soundproofing.

OK, disappointed about the cleanliness, septic smell at times was bad. No washer or dryer being by the beach. Really need that. appeared a lot closer to beach online.
Wasn't too bad as far as pricing. The home really needs to be updated. We gave it a 6 out of 10.
