The layout is simple and comfortable. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep four easily — and the sofa sleeper in the living room means you can bring a group of six without anyone drawing the short straw. Both bathrooms are full. A flat-screen TV in every room means everyone has their own space when the beach day winds down.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook in — full-size appliances, cookware, and all the basics. The full-size washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay fresher. No coin laundry, no waiting — it's right there when you need it.
Outside is where Avenue A Retreat earns its name. The screened porch is set up with a table and chairs — a shaded spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or a meal without the bugs. Step out from there into the fully fenced backyard with a grill to give you everything you need for a proper cookout. We stayed here a year ago, and loved it. We returned this year and it was even better. VERY clean and close to several good restaurants and shopping. Our pups loved the fenced in back yard. The house is about 1 block from the bay to the east, and about 4 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico to the west. Great sunsets!

It was wonderful. We stayed three blocks from the beach. They were white and glistening a picture of a cloud over the water. Wow! Now I know everything was terrific too. Yorkies were pleasantly happy and we will definitely be back. Thank you.
