Large screen television, cable, wifi, and private outdoor space. Parking available. Walk to everything that Oak Park has to offer. Located just 2 blocks from the el train and all that down town Oak Park has to offer. Beautiful historic building and tree lined street with loads of charm. Parks, restaurants, shopping and quick, easy transportation to Chicago all within minutes from our place.

Stayed with my husband and our two preteens. I grew up in Oak Park and chose this based off of location and it was perfect. Walkable neighborhood, close to the El and downtown Oak Park. The house was clean and comfortable, on top of having the quintessential Oak Park / Chicago vibe Communication was easy so was check in and out. I would choose to stay here again for sure!

The rental apartment is very cute and clean. When we had questions the owner was quick to respond. The house is in a beautiful scenic neighbourhood with excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed this July for four nights. We were two families of 4, including 4 total kids under 10. This was an absolute perfect place to stay. We walked to the train station each day and went into the city for activities. But honestly, we all loved getting back to Oak Park at the end of the day. The neighborhood is awesome and should be the blueprint for neighborhoods in cities everywhere. The host was responsive and helped with recommendations. Street parking was perfect, considering we were road-tripping. If I was going to Chicago again, I'd book this same place again in a heart beat. I hope to come back soon.

This property is absolutely beautiful in a quiet suburb of Chicago. It’s in a very convenient location, short walk to public transportation. We stayed over the weekend and were able to enjoy the Oak Park farmers market on Saturday morning. The house itself was very cozy with comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the basics you might need to make a meal. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My husband, two (college-age) kids and I stayed for almost two weeks in this charming apartment. The unit is on the second floor of a classic two flat walk-up on a quiet residential street in Oak Park, within easy walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shops in both the Marion downtown district and Oak Park Avenue, so it was an excellent location. Street parking is available and it was never an issue to find parking (even later at night). The apartment is well-appointed, clean and very cozy; the decor is so charming and we had everything we needed. Michelle is a wonderful host; she and her husband made us feel welcome and checked in on us to see if we needed a restock on any supplies. The four of us definitely had enough room and although there is one bathroom, it was roomy with shower, a large tub and two sinks. The kitchen and washer and dryer came in very handy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay during the Chicago marathon weekend! The location was perfect, out of the city but a quick walk to catch the L on the green line to get into downtown. Rooms were comfortable. Instructions were easy to get acquainted to the house. It was nice they had cable to watch TV easily. The neighborhood was darling with a coffee shop close by and other restaurants.

Michelle was amazing and the property exceeded our expectations. Lots of room for 5 adults and 2 teens. Only one bathroom, but it is beautiful and big. We utilized public transportation. The green line was a couple of blocks away - we walked to it easily. I highly recommend this property. Clean, spacious, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Thanks for sharing your space with us. We are forever grateful.
