The host was fabulous!! The apartment was perfect for location. The lights on the porch were great for returning after dark. We appreciate the the clean, spacious, well appointed home. Perfect for our needs.

You will find this gem in the beautiful Oak Park, 30 min from downtown. The area has beautiful historic houses. The home is spacious and well attired - a great place to stay with family!

The location was great and the house immaculate. There was plenty of room for us.
The air conditioning was set at 75 and we could not change it. (There was a sign next to the thermostat stating the cooling would come on once someone entered the house. When I tried to change the temperature, there was no way to do so.)While that was fine for the day, it was too warm for sleeping. I reached out to the owners FOUR times with no reply (once via text, once via email, and twice by calling and leaving messages). While I was not happy about not being able to change the thermostat to my liking, I was even more annoyed by their lack of response. I would not go there again.
