Close do Metro Train and safe surroundings.
Total lack of communication with guest host. For 1 month before I was sending emails asking for chance of 1h (!) early arrival and guess what? I got an answer when we already slept in bed after arrival.... Apartment was not clean: floor, kitchen were dusty and sticky. Plates, cutlery needed to be washed before use. Unfortunately there is no chance to attache photos here. Finally, house location right aside of very busy highway makes nights very hard. If you decide to chose this place do not forget good ears stopers.

La casa está bastante descuidada, hay fugas de agua, la ropa de cama y las toallas demasiada usadas y acumuladas en diferentes closts, a nuestra llegada las sábanas del cuarto principal estaban sucias, tuvimos que comprar sábanas para todas las camas y poder descansar porque nos quedó la duda si las habían lavado. Lo que ofertan como terder dormitorio es la terraza que ha sido acondicionada y tiene una inclinación que no permite descansar adecuadamente. El propietario debe invertir en arreglar e implementar mejor.
