Located in Davis Shores just one mile from the bridge of Lions leading into downtown St. Augustine. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Located less than a mile from the Lighthouse Boat Ramp and plenty of space to park a boat at the house.
Guests have access to the entire property minus a locked storage closet.
1st Floor:
- Garage space converted into a living room with TV, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave
- Bedroom 1 with king bed & twin bed and ensuite bathroom
- Laundry room
2nd Floor:
- Bedroom 2 with king bed and ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3 with queen bed
- Bedroom 4 with queen bed
- Hall bathroom
3rd Floor:
Main living area of the home with kitchen, dining, living room and balcony overlooking Salt Run
Backyard:
- Pool
- Fire pit
- Pergola with outdoor dining space
- Corn Hole
- Outdoor shower
Must be at least 25 years old to book, primary renter must be present during stay.
Pool is heated seasonally.

Love, love, love this property! So very clean and beautiful. Plenty of room for our two families. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. The pool and back yard were perfect after a long trip to the historic district. Couldn't ask for better hosts. And love that they provided what we needed beyond the usual 1 trash bag lol! They thought of everything. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home and from Elite Vacation Rentals.

Just stayed here for a long weekend to visit local family members. The house itself was great! It was clean, everything was as described, and the pool area was a perfect spot to hang out around. Location was also great - close to downtown (with restaurants within walking distance) and the beaches were only a few minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and clean and I appreciate the accommodations of letting us park a trailer next store. The house was very close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this place.

We came to St.Augustine for a beach vacation with our family. This house was super cute with all the upgrades you would want. We enjoyed both the indoors and outdoors. I would have preferred a late checkout because being out by 10 is early when traveling with children, but I understand availability is a factor. Loved that there were board games, Badminton, and a basketball hoop for extra entertainment for the kids. Thank you for creating a fun and modern place to come to in FL!
