The Space:
Welcome to the Great Gatsby Mansion!
Sit on the “southern charm” front porch with its century year-old stone coquina pillars and watch horse drawn carriages meander by or lounge in the backyard in an oversized resort-style pool with multiple shaded seating areas surrounded by tropical lush foliage.

Accommodates up to 12 people in your group in a spacious four bedroom (plus bonus room) 3.5 bath home a separate bar room with 10 foot ceilings throughout and immaculate chandeliers collected from around the world to light your way.
***Please note that two of the twin beds listed are trundles and may not be suitable for certain group configurations***
With two fully appointed master suites in addition to two large additional bedrooms, fireplace in the family room , formal dining, oversized modern kitchen with walk in pantry, and a separate bar room leading out to the 30 ft pool allowing for year-round swimming.

Guests have private access to the entire house, backyard and pool, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 4 vehicles, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a washing machine and dryer.

St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.
Citrus Hideaway is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown.
Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house.

Get around town in any different way:
*With the great location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.
*OR bring your bikes and utilize the built in bike racks on the side of the home (please bring your own locks) Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home.
*Pineapple Ride and Tour is right up the road and provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person.
*The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Purchase your tickets online and hop right on just up the road at the Lightner Museum!

**Important** If booking for a wedding group or bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required.
Small events may be approved for an additional fee, please inquire.
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:
1. Complete a quick guest verification.
2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.
3. Choose one of the following protection options:
*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.

We had an absolutely wonderful girls weekend in St. Augustine, what a beautiful city! The communication from the property manager was excellent, the house was very clean and well stocked for 7 of us. Close to all the sites and walk able to the main street full of wonderful restaurants. We loved the pool and front porch. It was one of the most fabulous places we've stayed at and the group has been traveling together for over 30 years!

It is a lovely house. The location was perfect to get to all of the events we had for our daughter’s wedding. There is a lot of space for our family to spend time together. Danny was very accommodating to our requests. We would stay there again. The sleeping arrangements were a little awkward for our different family members. Thank you for such a wonderful place.

This house was absolutely perfect for our golf getaway. Perfect location and amenities. We had a simple question and Danny answered within minutes and resolved the issue. We will defintely stay here again and highly recommend!!
