Sit on the “southern charm” front porch with its century year-old stone coquina pillars and watch horse drawn carriages meander by or lounge in the backyard in an oversized resort-style heated pool with multiple shaded seating areas surrounded by tropical lush foliage.

Accommodates up to 12 people in your group in a spacious four bedroom (plus bonus room) 3.5 bath home a separate bar room with 10 foot ceilings throughout and immaculate chandeliers collected from around the world to light your way.

With two fully appointed master suites in addition to two large additional bedrooms, fireplace in the family room , formal dining, oversized modern kitchen with walk in pantry, and a separate bar room leading out to the 30 ft heated pool allowing for year-round swimming.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house, backyard and heated pool, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for up to 4 vehicles, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep.

Citrus Hideaway is just down the street from the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! Blue Hen, the top neighborhood brunch spot is just blocks away, perfect for grabbing a delicious breakfast before you explore downtown.

Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a short stroll from the house.

Getting Around:
Get around town in any different way:
*With the great location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot.
*OR bring your bikes and utilize the built in bike racks on the side of the home (please bring your own locks) Drifters is our top recommendation for daily bike rentals and will drop them off directly at the home.
*Pineapple Ride and Tour is right up the road and provides golf cart rides to anywhere in the city at $4/person.
*The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Purchase your tickets online and hop right on just up the road at the Lightner Museum!
