This is a great property and we had a great time. The space comfortably accommodated the 8 adults in our party. It was clean, attractive, comfortable, quiet and safe. Everything about our experience was positive.

We came to Nashville with our adult children and spouses. The house was perfect in location and accommodation. It was clean, well stocked and a beautiful home. The host was exceptional in responding to my questions within minutes!

The unit great location. Can walk or Uber to Broadway $8.
Needs fresh paint.
Clean stove vent.
Needs an overall cleaning, it was a bit dusty with dust bunnies and spider webs. I was disappointed with cleanliness.
Had to call maintenance to come empty both trash bins and again to clean dryer vent due to excessive throwing breaker. Both times came out in timely manner.
Nice unit just needs some deep cleaning and fresh paint.
