This rental includes the use of a six seat golf cart and a four seat golf cart. Our quaint two bedroom, two bathroom cottage in Laurel Grove is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and alongside a picturesque catch and release fishing pond. Laurel Grove is among the the Resort’s newest and most beautiful neighborhoods. The Laurel Grove Clubhouse is a short walk away (about 70 yards) and features a private fitness center, heated swimming pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, and outdoor BBQ grills with a mini-kitchen. Take the golf carts anywhere on the Resort, or hop on the complimentary tram for a quick ride to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf!
Our tidy cottage style home is designed with vacationers in mind. The furnishings are fresh, cheery, and invite you to relax. With wood floors and comfortable seating, the family room is the central living area and leads to an old fashioned back porch through french doors. A large HDTV and DVD player is provided in the family room. Our fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and everything needed to whip up your favorite meal including a Keurig. There is dining seating for six guests, plus bar seating for two. There is also outdoor seating on the back porch. So sit awhile and enjoy a lovely pond view from the back porch.
The first level master bedroom suite is furnished with a comfortable king size bed, an entertainment armoire, plenty of closet space, and convenient access to the back porch. You will find luxurious linens on the bed and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom is located just down the hallway, and sleeps 6 with a queen bed and queen over queen bunks, ample closet space, and an adjoining bathroom with an oversize shower. Bring the Xbox and movies! This home is equipped with three HDTVs and DVD players. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Host/Maintenance was very responsive with the issues we had, Internet service was slow overall, went out due to weather and installing fiber optics. I work from home and need the Internet, so something to consider when booking. The TV in the front room stopped working and the host sent someone asap who came right away and replaced the TV. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the pool with hot tub was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the golf cart for cruising everywhere we wanted to go.

House was immaculate, both carts were in perfect working order, great location, super quiet part of Laurel Grove. We had two very minor issues that were immediately remedied by Beach Blue. Couldn't be happier with the house and service we were rendered.

Being prior Laurel Grove homeowners at Sandestin, we were very familiar with properties and location. That being said this home needs housekeeping attention - in particular to cleanliness of floors and dusting. The floors appeared to be clean; however, after walking, barefoot on the floor for a short time, we discovered that the bottoms of our feet became discolored from lack of mopping. Also, parking is a little tight at this particular property, despite the description referencing a cul-de-sac. I would not define this home being on a cul-de-sac as opposed to being at the end of a cove. This particular neighborhood does have cul-de-sacs, and this location is not one of them. We appreciated the homeowner and having updated furnishings and fixtures, the use of their golf carts, and for being hospitable. Although I would not personally recommend this particular unit to a friend, I recognize I have some preferences, but probably because we have known this area for 15 years.
