A rare 2-car garage makes parking, loading, and unloading easy on the first floor. The first bedroom is also here, a King suite that opens directly onto the pool deck, with a private bathroom that doubles as easy pool access and a Queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping capacity. A screened porch and a large laundry room round out the level.

A TV-equipped family room with seating and dining space sits at the center of the middle floor, offering a cozier option for gathering or entertaining. 4 King bedrooms surround it, each with a private bath, and 2 of them open directly onto the beachfront porch.

Gorgeous sea views brighten the open-concept great room on the top floor, which stretches from the kitchen through to the dining and living areas. Gathering the whole group is possible with a large sectional couch, chairs, and a smart TV, while a large round table and extra bar seating make shared meals easy. The well-stocked kitchen has a full refrigerator, a beverage refrigerator, an oven and range, a dishwasher, an undercounter ice maker, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and everything else needed to prepare and serve meals for the whole party. A primary King bedroom with a Twin daybed and trundle, direct porch access, and a deluxe private bath finishes off the sleeping accommodations, and a hall half bath adds convenience to the floor.

Outside, porches on every level, on both the south and north sides of the house, cover every mood from intimate relaxation to al fresco dining with a Gulf view. A great screened porch on the lowest level adds even more comfort. Adjoining it, the deck holds your own private heatable pool surrounded by lounge chairs, perfect for a breezy sunbath followed by a cool dip. A charcoal grill on the ground floor sets up beachside barbecues. The dune walkover leads straight to your own stretch of private white sand beach, and an outdoor shower makes the trip back easy.

Located in Kiva Dunes, a neighborhood with a nationally ranked golf course, neighborhood pools and tennis courts, and one of the last stretches of natural dunes along the Gulf coast, you'll enjoy intimacy and privacy while you remain moments away from incredible attractions. Mere minutes from you, the Kiva Dunes Lodge is a great option for lunch, and The Beach Club Resort and Spa at 925 Beach Club Trail offers dinner or a massage. With a large private beachfront pool of your own, this home is not a member of the Kiva Dunes Beach Club, which was built to give guests not staying at beachfront homes a place to relax by a beachfront pool.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
