Just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, our property has 6 bedrooms and over 4000 sq. ft. Plus, an additional 1500 sq. ft. of patios and decking. Surfside Terrace offers two floors with two separate large open entertainment gathering areas yet abundant private space for the entire family to spread out. This unique property offers a fully stocked kitchen and dining area with a direct view of the glistening ocean and additional kitchenette on their first-floor level.
Surfside is a secluded community on Ft. Morgan peninsula offering beach access for residents yet only minutes away from shopping and dining. Listen to the surf crash on the beach as you lull into a relaxing evening. Walk along the pristine beach along the emerald sea or use the golf cart to take your gear and family out for incredible sunrise and sunsets, surf fishing, or just laze in the golden sands. Property includes use of battery golf cart for adult use only.
The owners have spared no expense and have personally created Surfside Terrace to offer an unparalleled experience for your family's vacation enjoyment. We also have external driveway security cameras for our guests' piece of mind. Our local cleaning and maintenance teams are second to none in assuring an exceptionally clean and highly functioning property. This vacation home is located in Surf Side Shores, a neighborhood in Gulf Shores. Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Gulf Shores Beach and Gulf State Park. Traveling with kids? * This home does not allow pets and this policy is strictly enforced.
For added safety and security there are cameras that cover the front door and driveway area.
A separate waiver will need to be signed to allow for golf cart usage. There is no cash value attached to the Golf Cart usage. The owners offer the Golf Cart as a courtesy to their guests. We make every effort ensure the Golf Cart is operational. If for some reason the Golf Cart breaks or becomes inoperable, no refunds or discounts will be given.

Loved our stay here in Ft Morgan. House was a perfect location, lots of space for everyone. Golf cart made travels to the beach easy. Property manager was helpful and prompt with responses. Beds were comfortable! No complaints- would return again.

Perfect size for our family. Beautiful home. Good location. Appreciated use of golf cart. Needs updated linens (king fitted would not stay fitted). Towels need updating also. Could use a single serve coffee maker on main floor kitchen. Chain on swing needs adjusted. Loved staying there.

Our family of 12 loved the house, pool and location. So relaxing. The house had everything we needed. We will be back.

The listing pictures are very accurate, but the house is still nicer than expected. Seemed newly renovated at the time of this review. The kitchen is very big with plenty of seating for the whole family. The two living areas up and downstairs is perfect for the adults and kids to have their own space. We comfortably slept a family of 17 ages 5-80 (The couches upstairs are super comfortable). Comes with a golf cart so it was easy to transport the beach gear, but the beach is a short walk especially if you go through the back. We had 6 kids enjoying the dipping pool so it was a little bigger than I expected from the pictures. All in all. I would absolutely stay here again.
