Quick response and very kind and accommodating host.
The studio is big enough for two and for a few days. Very well located, close to streetcar, metro and bus. Clean and easy to get in and out.

This property was great in all the things that mattered.
The location was great, with immediate access to public transportation including tram lines and buses.
The property was very clean and in good condition.
I had a problem with Uber, wherein I scheduled a ride for 4:30 am, and they said it was " on time" until 4:30 when they told me no driver was available. This obviously left me hanging. But a taxi cruised by, so it all worked out. But I felt fortunate, I could have had a much worse experience. I am not sure if this was the result of the location of the property is the only reason I mention it.
There were a couple of unusual items of management. One email said " I will be all the time online to support your stay. NOTE: there is a video camera in the entrance to the apartment to guarantee your safety. Other guests outside of booking, visitors included, are not allowed, under penalty of (Large fee, deleted by vrbo)/day/person." So it sounds like he is monitoring your comings and goings, and going to charge you if you have any guests. I don't recall a disclosure of that in the property description.
Overall I highly recommend the property. The owner probably just had a bad experience. He was always very helpful and very responsive.

The owner was always responsive to my texts. He was very helpful and communicated well with us. The apartment is near the metro and tram with easy access to all the sights in Barcelona. It is near a grocery store. Our stay was wonderful.
