About this house rental
This super family friendly Heron Marsh unit is located in private gated community of Litchfield by the Sea and is nothing short of amazing! Located just a few steps to the beach, the unit features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, spacious sundeck, wifi, cable, a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, a flat screen TV in the living room, covered parking, and so much more. Guests have use of the Heron Marsh community pool with lots of area for sun bathing, as well as walking paths, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing areas, and of course miles of pristine beach. Litchfield By the Sea also features a Starbucks on site, community dining and spa, and full time 24 security.

We return every year with TIDELIFE , and from their many accommodations, we've settled on one that has a nice mix, like walking access to the beach, and other gated community amenities. Besides enjoying the warmer weather, we are closer to our kids and the grandkids enjoyed time at the beach... ps. TIDELIFE also offers other perks like passes to the state park !

I think the layout of the property was really good. The space was perfect for us and our needs. The property was in a good location with easy in and out. The negatives for us were the following:Was not "just steps" away from the pool, was too far to walk, the distance to beach was fine.The furnishings and flooring in the unit were very worn and not clean. Due for updating. The utensils and some of the dishes were not clean. I had to run all through a dishwasher cycle before using them.

Property needs attention Drapes rotted literally falling apart. bath floor Brocken tile. Carpet very dirty. Kitchen stove electric eyes broken. Stove not level. Cannot cook on unlevel stove. Dryer rusted
