HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.
POOL ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Leaving Villa 106, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left and follow nearly to the end, taking the crosswalk over South Dunes Drive once the pool is in view. Located adjacent to the tennis/pickleball courts, the Heron Marsh community pool has furniture, restrooms, and limited parking. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left, look for the “Beach Access” arrow, and follow the path as it crosses South Dunes Drive and runs between the Hamilton and Shipyard Village (bldg A) condos to the beach. Alternately, guests can walk a little farther beyond the Heron Marsh pool for access at the resort’s oceanfront common use sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms as well as beach access parking.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

We had such a great time staying at this condo! Our family’s yearly tradition is to rent a property within Litchfield by the Sea and this condo did not disappoint! A very homey, relaxing environment with such cute decor. We were able to take advantage of the amenities (pool, tennis courts, etc) while enjoying plenty of days at the beach, all within a short walking distance! This property had everything we need. We will definitely be back next year.

Loved our stay. Pictures are accurate. Had dishes to do some basic cooking. Glad to se some basics necessary like cooking spray and salt and pepper.
Just a quick 5 minutes walk to the beach. Super clean and neat resort. Would definitely stay here again.
Loved watching all the herons and birds in the marsh…beautiful sunsets from the deck.
Can’t wait to come back!
