The kitchen boasts nicely detailed granite countertops, which provides a great contrast to the stainless steel appliances. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with all the necessities of home, making meal preparation easily done.
The living area is nicely decorated with tile flooring and updated beach contemporary furniture. A wall-hung Smart TV is great for any days you choose to relax inside this luxurious condominium. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as well.
The bedrooms are located on both sides of the living area, providing privacy to the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is beautiful with its custom-tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains two double beds and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
Outside on your private balcony you'll enjoy views of the beautiful grounds of the Barrington Court condominium complex! The beach is easily accessed by elevator or one flight of stairs, then straight out to the beach on one of two boardwalks! Palmetto Dunes amenities are nearby, such as the three championship golf courses (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills and Fazio), Tennis and Pickleball center, and various restaurants.

**Beginning in January 2027, the elevator serving Barrington Court will be taken out of service for an expected period of approximately eight weeks. The building manager anticipates that the elevator will return to service in March 2027.

**Barrington Court 116 is on the first floor with relatively easy access to the parking garage, pool and beach, so the temporary lack of an elevator 1/1-3/1/2027 may not be an issue for your party.**
