The living room has a sofa with queen size sleeper and loveseat to match, plus a 32 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The living room has direct ocean views and access to the balcony with a table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has new black appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar for two. The dining room has seating for six and, with walls of mirrors, makes this room very inviting.
The master bedroom features a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a balcony that is shared with the living room, and a newly renovated private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a partial ocean and lagoon view, and a hall bath with a combination tub/shower. Granite counter tops in both bathrooms enhance the overall ambiance of this upscale villa.

The unit was clean and well appointed. The location and view were excellent. The unit needs some attention as there were issues in the kitchen but, overall an excellent stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time these past 4 days in Palmetto Dunes. Our condo was clean. Just perfect for our stay and needs. We enjoyed the facilities. The location of this condo was perfect. The grounds are really well maintained. The proximity to pool and beach made it even better. The tennis club delightful (additional fees applied). The biking paths fun and with lush vegetation We enjoy Sea Pines but will definitely stay again here. You offered plenty of everything in the condo. Thanks!

Nice place in Palmetto Dunes. We enjoyed staying in the two bedroom on the third floor with nice views of the pool area and beach.
