About this house rental
Located in a large property in a protected area, at the entrance to the Odet, the most beautiful river in France and by the sea, this old renovated house of fisherman-gardener is the "feet in the water".
From the breakfast taken in front of the ports of Bénodet and Sainte-Marine, the ballet of the sailing ships which go to the famous Glénan islands assure the spectacle. You will enjoy until late your large garden "on the sea" and the sunsets which illuminate the cornice of Bénodet and its famous villa "Minaret". The view is breathtaking. If you are an amateur, you will fish directly under your windows. The beach and the sailing school of Sainte-Marine are a few tens of meters away. A few minutes' walk away, your taste buds will discover excellent restaurants, including the exceptional "Villa Tri Men" (1 Michelin star). At the bakery, ask for the "café du port" bread .... The Pointe de la Torche and its surf spot, Concarneau and its old town, Quimper Cathedral are a few tens of kilometers ... But once installed in your home suspended above the Odet, you may not want to move.
Covering an area of 63 m2, the house, renovated a few years ago, is ideal for a family of 4 (ideal for children)
