Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé : Pleine vue mer ! L' on s'endort avec le ressac des vagues ! Propriétaire réactif et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires !
Rien a dire. Appartement très agréable et bon point de départ pour rayonner aux alentours !

Appartement situé au deuxième étage d’un petit immeuble, vue imprenable, situation exceptionnelle face a la plage de Bénodet.
Grande terrasse plein sud, parking privé.
Longue promenades de chaque coté de l’apt.
Meublé avec tout le confort, mobilier et électroménager complet et récent.
Très agréable décoration.
En conclusion superbe séjour de 2 semaines sous le soleil de Bretagne, a marée haute on a l’impression de se trouver a bord d’un bateau, et j’en parle en connaissance de cause.
Seul inconvénient, non mentionné sur le site, un bar , glacier, restaurant ouvert toute la journée, et sans doute tard dans la nuit en pleine saison, situé au rdc de l’immeuble.
Cela ne nous absolument pas gêné en septembre, mais en saison ??
Communication avec l’agence très, trés fantaisiste !!!
Petit détail agaçant, obligé de faire refaire un jeu de clés pour un peu d’indépendance a 2.
Mais vu la qualité des prestations, je ne reproche rien au propriétaire, j’espère simplement que l’agence remettra aux locataires suivants « mon » jeu de clés !!
