This fifth-floor apartment features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and ocean views, and another with a queen-size bed. It also includes two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, washer and dryer, WiFi, and a private balcony with ocean and sunset views.
Pelican Reef offers direct beach access, two swimming pools, gazebos, parking, and elevator access.
The property is just a short drive from restaurants, shops, and local attractions in Rincón.
Please note that only a starter supply of toiletries is provided. Guests should bring additional supplies for their stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Waking up to the earthquake was defiantly interesting. Ha! The condo had wonderful view of the moon over the ocean and was very comfortable. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The unit was everything promised and more. It was equally fun to explore the area as it was to stay at the rental. Rincon was such a wonder town with friendly people. Overall one of the best vacations we have ever had.
