About this house rental

WE KNOW RINCON. WE CHOSE THIS LOCATION FOR A REASON. Why stay in the expensive, old tourist zoo of Puntas & Sandy Beach when you can stay in a new, spacious home for less that is very close to all the fun. The more that you know Rincon, the more that you'll love our home and its location.

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL. This is a spacious, new, clean, pest free home with all the comforts, amenities, storage space, stable utilities and covered parking because we live here part time too. For example:

YOU’LL SLEEP & DINE WELL: Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and has AC units in all bedrooms, oversized beds (king, queen, full, twin & crib) with double pillow top mattresses, extra pillows/blankets & 800+ count cotton sheets. All bedrooms have blackout shades AND blackout curtains. Our home has a full kitchen with all the appliances and kitchenware that you need and an outside BBQ grill. Plus, our dining area comfortably fits 6 adults with highchair available.

YOU’LL RELAX IN SPACIOUS COMFORT: Our living area contains AC, large couch and oversized chair, high-speed internet throughout the home and a 65” HDTV with surround sound & Netflix. All windows contain blackout shades for your privacy. Our workspace contains a wrap-around desk, comfortable executive chair, and wireless printer/scanner. You can relax in our private yard in our hammock for two underneath our oversized umbrella. Bring all that you want on your trip. Each bedroom contains a full closet with hangers and dressers. We also provide a large safe for your valuables. You can store your gear in our oversized laundry and storage room with a door that locks. Or you can pack light, as you have access to a full washer/dryer. The home contains a carport with parking for up to 3 additional cars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Our home is in a small, new, safe & quiet neighborhood with 8 homes on a cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes from downtown. Our neighbors are friendly locals that care about their homes, and many speak Spanish & English.

CLOSE TO FAMILY BEACHES, SURFING & WATER SPORTS: Our home is a 2-block stroll to the beach to watch gorgeous sunsets. Our home is a short, 2-minute drive (less than one mile) to a secluded, calm family beach with sand bottom. Three additional family beaches are 6 to 9 minutes away. We provide a cooler, umbrella, 4 chairs and beach towels for your convenience. You can paddleboard & snorkel in calm water at any of the family beaches. The best scuba operator, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and sunset tours are all within 9 minutes or less.

Surfers, the best breaks in Rincon are all 8 to 11 minutes away. Plus, our home provides the best access from Rincon to the breaks on the north coast 35 minutes away. We’re located on the south side of Rincon away from all the traffic with easy access back to PR 2 that provides a straight shot to Aguadilla and the north coast. You can store your boards in our secure, oversized laundry and storage room so that your boards are safe and out of the way unlike in so many rentals. We’ll provide you with a surfing guide containing detailed info on all the breaks after you book.

CLOSE TO SHOPPING, DINING, ETC.: Shopping, grocery/bakery/liquor store, bank, medical facility, police station, pharmacy, most of the best restaurants, gas stations—almost everything, and downtown are 5 minutes away or less on PR 115 that is easy to navigate. The public sports complex with full track, exercise equipment, and tennis courts is a five-minute walk from our home. Plus, a gym with all you need that accepts short-term memberships is a three-minute drive.

CLOSE TO ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES: Horseback riding, waterfalls, zip lining, bioluminescent bays, golf and everything that NW Puerto Rico has to offer are located 10 minutes to an hour away depending on what you want to do. Our home provides the easiest access to PR 2 that allows you to get anywhere that you want to go.

WE’RE EASY TO FIND: Our home is located on PR-429 one block from PR-115, which is the main road that runs through Rincon. You won’t have to drive through sketchy neighborhoods or on winding mountain roads to get to our home, which is key, especially when arriving late at night.

STABLE UTILITIES, THANK GOD! Parts of Rincon experience frequent outages (think no AC or water). Outages are infrequent in our home’s area. This is because our home is located 2 blocks from the beach behind the sports complex near municipal buildings within 5 minutes from downtown where the city has invested in additional infrastructure.

GUEST ACCESS/ACTIVITIES: You can self-check-in. We also provide a professional property manager fluent in 3 languages available 24-7 who lives close. We’ll plug you into all the best vendors, restaurants & activities after you book, as we’ll do all that we can to make your stay memorable. Our home is easy access yet safe and secure.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. From the time of booking until the time we left communication with the owner was fantastic. The property manager was very welcoming and accessible if needed. The home was in a great location and very easy to find. Quiet area and close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, bakery. Home is clean and beds are very comfortable. It has all the amenities you may need. Will rent this home again in the future when visiting family in PR and would recommend to all visiting the area.

We stayed at this home for 3 nights. The location was very convenient to many area attractions, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the owner and property manager was very easy and prompt. Overall, we had great experience and would rent again!

This property was excellent. My family has been in Rincon for generations, so I'm very familiar with the area. I have stayed in half dozen vacation homes in Rincon over the years and this one was the most convenient location for my needs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean, and easily accessible from PR-115. I travelled with an aging mother who can't do stairs or hills and needs easy access to showers. This met all our family's needs. The property manager was friendly and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Wonderful experience.

Amazing house in safe and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located, you don't spend more than 5-10 minutes driving to the supermarket, bakery, bank or restaurant and just 2 minutes drive to the beautiful, swimmable beach. House is very clean and well stocked with all the things you might ever need for the comfortable stay. Everything is in excellent condition: stylish furniture, cute plates set and utensils in the kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels. Mike, the owner of the house, makes sure you are comfortable and leaves no question unanswered. Roger, the property manager, is very attentive and organized perfect surf lessons for us and our friends. Roger, makes sure you have everything you need for your stay. We were lucky that this house was available for our dates, just because someone canceled the trip. MIke and Roger thank you so much for your hospitality and this amazing house. When we are back to Rincon, we will be staying in this house again.
