Very nice facility.The tile is very slippery, one of our guests fell hard.Just be careful.

Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard.
Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa.
Quiet safe neighborhood.
Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!!
Beautiful sunsets.
Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic).
Hot tub was out of order, but the host graciously granted us access to an unused private one in same facility.
Pool was pretty but chilly. Never saw anyone else use it.
Beds very comfortable, master is a firm foam with wonderful pillows.
Air conditioning worked very well.
Kitchen had enough of the basics. Cooked a meal in, no problem.
Cons: No rugs, so we had to lay towels down to try to keep the sand at bay.
Neighborhood roosters scream at all hours.

This place was absolutely beautiful! You can hear the ocean waves crash while laying in your bed. Very clean with a nice layout. Beds are very comfortable and lots of closet space! Exploring while in Puerto Rico is a must but it was hard to take ourselves away from the balcony some days! I would recommend these villas to everyone, such a breathtaking experience! I hope to come back soon!
