This beautiful two-level penthouse, located on the 7th and 8th floors, offers breathtaking ocean views from the living areas, bedrooms, and private terraces. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, refreshing ocean breezes, and direct access to Corcega Beach, known for its calm waters, ideal for year-round swimming. Explore the nearby reef while snorkeling, and during January through March, you may even spot migrating whales from your private terrace!
This spacious penthouse features elegant décor, granite countertops, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and comfortable living spaces designed for a relaxing vacation.
The main level features a comfortable living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, a laundry area, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views.
You can access the upper level by spiral staircase or the building`s elevator for added convenience.
This level features a spacious bedroom offering additional privacy, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and access to your private rooftop terrace.
The highlight of this penthouse is its beautiful private terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor dining, grill, sunbathe, read a book, or simply relax with your favorite drink while admiring the breathtaking ocean views and unforgettable sunsets.
Guests have access to the condominium`s shared swimming pool, outdoor gazebos, direct beach access, and three assigned parking spaces.

Located on the southern coast of Rincón, Corcega Beach is known for its generally calm waters, making it a great destination for swimming year-round, weather and ocean conditions permitting.
Guests can also enjoy snorkeling around the nearby reef, where they may discover tropical fish and marine life. Always check ocean conditions before swimming or snorkeling.
With direct beach access from the condominium, you can easily spend your days swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the peaceful coastal atmosphere.
The property is also a short drive from Rincón`s restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We highly recommend a rental car to explore the surrounding area.

We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials upon arrival. These items are not replenished during your stay, and guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.

- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each

Amazing two story penthouse suite with unmatched views of the Caribbean! Two delightful easy to access swimming pools and a small, essentially private beach! We loved having the windows open and just listening to the waves outside.

Paradise! We loved our time at Pelican Reef. Waking to the roosters! The views were heavenly! The private beach was a perfect escape. The pools were beautiful and a lovely place to relax. We found the balconies over looking the ocean to be a great place to commune, read and share meals. Grilling out was awesome. The home offered room to spread out, privacy as desired and the kitchen was well stocked. Chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed being out of the town with some secludsion-although the town is an easy drive for groceries, nice restaurants, a lively environment, and surfing. We would definitely recommend this place for rest, relaxation and enjoying the island life. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Wonderful condo in a stunning location. Fully furnished kitchen downstairs and bonus kitchen with grill on second floor balcony. Loved having a fridge on the second floor as well. Everything was very nicely furnished. Bedrooms were quite lovely with very comfortable beds (something I really appreciated). Plenty of bath towels and beach towels and very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay!
