This spacious house was perfect for our family of 7. The pool temp was comfortable and the screened in pool area was the perfect space to hang out. We stayed 3 weeks and loved every day there. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars nearby (close enough to walk if you’re up for it). We liked it so much we might be back!

We recently stayed at Casa Nueva for Spring Break with our family and it was awesome! The house is kept up very nice and the layout is great with the rooms spread out across the 1st floor. The pool, hot tub and patio had sun all day and we were able to catch fish in the canal. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time here! Pool was great, we rented a pontoon boat and were able to explore the canals. There is an owl’s nest on the neighboring property, so that was fun to see/watch.
Property management were very responsive to questions.
Would definitely rent again if we come down in the future.
