Spectacular and luxurious, is the only way to describe our sophisticated Villazo Ann. This splendid 5 bedroom 3 bath home will steal your heart away, and make you fall head over heels. It's extraordinary open layout, and gorgeous view will leave you living in the lap of stylish relaxation, during your stay. With warm tones and pops of color throughout the home, its like nowhere you have ever stayed before.
Whether you are trying to disconnect and be more family oriented, or just looking to relax and enjoy your quiet family time, you could not imagine anything better for your well-deserved vacation. Plenty of space for you and your traveling companions to enjoy both the inside and outside of this home.
Enjoy grilling poolside and have dinner alfresco with the provided gas grill. Go for a swim in the beautiful heated pool or enjoy sunbathing in the beautiful Florida heat. Relish a morning coffee watching the sun rise, or just watch nature paint the sky at sunset, while the Florida breeze caresses your skin. Want a little bit more of an adventure. This villa has two kayaks and two paddle boards available for your use. Jump into the gulf access canal and explore your tropical surroundings. Or just kick back on the dock and cast a line. When you enter through the double glass front doors you will be met with vaulted ceilings and a relaxing, bright and airy feeling. The open style floor plan allows you to see through the large sliding glass doors, framing a scenic view of the gulf access canal, located right in your own backyard. The décor is modern and elegant, sporting warm tones, whites and creams, with pops of vibrant red throughout the villa. The vaulted ceilings throughout the villa give the home an airy and spacious feel. The home has a split floor plan for the bedrooms, allowing ample amounts of privacy when needed.
The Master bedroom is open with a King size bed and decorated with dark woods. The sliding glass doors leading directly to the lanai and pool, keeping the room bright. The Master bedroom also has a beautiful en-suite, sporting his and hers vanities, a shower and a large soaking tub. The first guest room is spacious, decorated with the dark wooden furniture and a queen size bed. The house is very beautiful just like the pictures advertise. We had a wonderful day with our family and my best friend‘s family. The house had everything you could need from fishing poles to pool toys. Fishing off the dock was probably the favorite thing that we did as a family Plenty of different kinds of fish to catch out there even caught a stingray. The next thing to top the fishing was the beautiful sunrises from one side and the sunsets on the other. Absolutely perfect location for different views of sunrises and sunsets beautiful scenery. The little private beach the kids loved and they enjoyed the pool. The Kayaks were a bonus !! We loved this house we have been coming to Florida every summer and this was a beautiful house with so many things to do that you don’t have to go anywhere. The only thing I would say is maybe update a couple small things like the pool sticks. We will definitely stay again if available. Thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Nice house the kids had a tremendous time in the pool. They love to fish, but the home definitely was in disrepair. The house was not very clean either all of our feet by the end of the day were black from the floor that obviously wasn’t cleaned .There were many HAZARDS outlets hanging out of the wall. They could a potential DANGERS to myself and grandchildren. Dishwasher was falling out from underneath the cabinet. The ice machine was broken, and the owner knew it was broken, the shelving in the refrigerator was broken not fixed egress doors from inside that were unable to be opened. I had to call them two or three times before we got anybody to come out and help and when they did come out to help items were fixed immediately, and the property manager said there were many other things that needed to be fixed as well , we spent almost a half day waiting for them to come out And fix the hazards.
