This light flooded well-designed vacation home is open and spacious and comfortably provides space for 8 guests. Combine in and outdoors by opening the large 90-degree sliders. Sailboat access to the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. Nice restaurants and shopping in walkable distance.

The upscale kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plenty of storage and oversize kitchen peninsular with breakfast bar and seating for 6, will soon be the homey center of your meal preparations. A dining room for 8 with big windows to the waterfront and a large living area with a huge sectional additional seating and oversize flat screen TV, to enjoy each other’s company in style.
The huge pool deck area spans over the full width of the house and is covered by a wide spaced screen. The large pool perfect for labs offers also a shallow area for kids to play or just to hang out and refresh. Another enormous deck right on level with the seawall gives you even more room to spread out and retreat. Enjoy the newly build and not yet pictured Captain's walk and Boat Dock. Have a drink at the summer kitchen’s bar, prepare your fresh catch on the build in barbeque grill with vent. Enjoy a dinner with family and friends on the outdoor dining table that seats eight. Down the hallway the large master suite with king-size bed, 55”TV, door to the pool deck and second patio, large walk in closet and master bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, separate water closet and double sink vanity. We really enjoyed this home. Had everything we needed. Beds were excellent, pool was the best. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was the best vacation.
We liked it so much we will be back next year I hope.

House was everything described and even better. For sure a luxury rental. Beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of room for all that stayed. The patio and sliding doors enhanced the homes experience.

This is an incredible house with plenty of room. The house is clean and well kept. The best part of the house is the enclosed pool. We spent most of our days here. Definetely will be back!!

The property was/is beautiful. Everything is top line. The home doesn't necessarily seem to belong in the neighborhood that it is in, but it was fine. The hidden fees and back door charges left a lot to be desired. You are only allowed to use a small amount of electricity ($35 worth) but this isn't listed online or made aware until AFTER you book the unit. After you pay, of which there are no refunds, you get a new "agreement" that you are bound to and if you don't agree with it, tough luck you're out the rental fee. They take this extra electricity charge out of the damage waiver which isn't allowed. VRBO agreed with my assessment but the owner refused it and took almost $90 of extra electricity from me. We have five kids, we kept it hot in there (little AC) and didn't heat the pool and still open $130 in electricity. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful property is managed like it is. Ask for everything you'll be bound to prior to staying. Again, the property is beautiful. Business dealings...not so much.
