This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The home was impeccably clean, spacious and beautiful. We had 6 on this trip but could very comfortable fit twice that. Most astonishing was Maria. She was integral to the ease and enjoyment of our stay. Maria was legitimately at our service at a moments notice. She helped us to coordinate transportation to/from our boating adventure, find spa services, obtain any amenities we desired and procure private chef services for an amazing dinner at the condo. She was the absolute best part of the condo, which is saying something because the condo is simply amazing.Thank you!!One item of feedback: the shower in the master bath doesn’t get warm. There are 3 other showers, so we just assorted. I’m certain it would have been addressed immediately if we’d have asked, but we didn’t.Word of caution: the condo complex is the pinnacle of comfort, safety and luxury. The surrounding area is a great deal of fun and adventure during daylight. If you go out at night, just be aware that the area is incredibly unique and has very adult undertones. I would not take my kids out in Jaco at night if they’re young.

The host was great. She was a big help. Would’ve been nice to have midweek maid service as much as we are paying. Or maybe even a dustpan. Had some issues with the dishwasher. Pool cues need to be fixed and also the door to the trash area is falling off the hinges.Great location, beautiful view

It was just as described. The view was fantastic and it's location was even better. The only recommendation I would have is to put some tips on the cues so the pool table is usable.

No hot water in showers, it’s a 4 bedroom which probably means their is at least 6-8 people staying, only 4 washcloths, 2 steak knives, 4 plastic cups, no tips on pool sticks. It is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It is pricey, just needs to twick a few amenities that isn’t that expensive
