This place has a convenient location in Jaco down town in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, perfect place to spend your Jaco vacation at 2 blocks to the center of town (pops ice cream/los amigos cafe) three blocks to the beach. This luxury house has four bedrooms (all master bedroom size and quality-king- sized beds) with private bathrooms each one and one of them with Jacuzzi and balcony. The house features a complete kitchen and 2 living areas, cable TV, air conditioning throughout, wireless high speed internet, phone, full furniture and private pool. There is a second kitchen/bar area (full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher) that is used for additional sleeping area too as there is a pull out couch.
The Villa is extremely Tropical with internal gardens off the kitchen and living room, the showers have water that flows from natural tree trunks, extremely unique.
Close to the airport at 80 miles or 1 hour and 15 minutes. The home is truly one of the most fabulous properties in the area
The property can be rented as a 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom villa and sleeps up to 10 people.

Very nice set up with every room opening to the central pool area. Very private! Short walk to most everything in town or a $2 taxi! The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any request. AC worked great and never ran out of hot water! 2 most important things for spoiled gringo visitors!!! I definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend to friends.

We love Jaco, I chose this property because of the amount of bedrooms. The area was ok, a lot of walking to town and beach. It was clean, pool,worked well for us,it needs a little updating,if anything needed fixing Michael had it repaired quickly. So, if you have a large group it would work for a place to sleep. The neighbor hood a little sketchy at night.
