This four-bedroom penthouse at Jaco Bay accommodates up to 10 guests. The living and dining areas open onto a private balcony, with space to relax together indoors or outside.
Sleeping arrangements
- Main bedroom: King bed and a sofa bed.
- Second bedroom: Queen bed.
- The other two bedrooms offer a bunk bed and two single beds.
- The living room has a large sofa that can be used for sleeping; it is not a sofa bed.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender and coffee maker, plus a dining table and breakfast bar. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer support longer stays.
Guests have access to the condominium pool, an elevator and two parking spaces. The entire apartment is for your group; the pool is shared with the condominium.

Getting around is easy! This condo is conveniently located near various transportation options. Public buses run frequently along the main road, providing access to different parts of Jacó and nearby towns. For those arriving by air, Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is approximately a 1.5–2 hour drive away. We can organize round-trip airport transportation for your convenience just let us know in advance. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available in Jacó. Free parking is available for two vehicles in the building’s designated parking spaces. Enjoy the freedom of exploring the area at your own pace!

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Enter the total number of guests when booking to see the full price. All guests must be listed on the reservation prior to check-in.
Access to the condominium and its facilities is strictly limited to registered guests only.
Unregistered visitors are not allowed, including overnight guests or individuals attempting to enter the property after check-in, even if approval is requested.
This policy is in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all our guests and residents.
