Less than an hour from Washington DC, just off of Route 66/Route 17 you will find the property tucked away in a private wooded lot. Pull up the gated driveway and your family adventures await! Right when the kids hop out of the car they will run over to see the fenced-in, heated, in ground pool and spa that will provide hours of entertainment three seasons a year (April to October).

When you walk up the stamped concrete walkway you will enter the property and breathe in the modern design with all the conveniences you have at home. The house is designed and setup to allow the adults to socialize in peace while the kids get lost in amazement in the game room on the first level or massive movie room in the basement.

Adults can dine in style in the dining room which seats 8 while the kids laugh out loud at the kitchen table for 6 with 3 additional barstools. In total, there's dining space for 17 so you can spread out during meals.

Cozy up for morning coffee or after dinner drinks in the Hearth Room off of the kitchen with a fireplace that turns on at flick of a switch. The kitchen and hearth room flow easily onto the back deck with outdoor dining table for 8 and a clean grill for steaks, chicken and burgers.

Upstairs are four bedrooms - something for everyone. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and huge walk-in closet to keep any little ones close in a pack-and-play. Down the hall, past the laundry room, are three more large bedrooms: another King bed, a Queen bed, and a kids room with two teal bunks and kids books for night-time stories.

After the sun sets, before you tuck away for the night, enjoy the stone firepit which is right next to the pool. The kids can swim all night in a well-lit pool while the adults watch from a fire. But before bed, everyone should definitely enjoy a S'more!

The house is fully digital with guest accessing front and back doors by electronic key pads.

House is very private, sitting on 8 acres without a neighbor in site. Less than 2 miles from the quaint, one-stop-light downtown of Marshall Virginia. Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the morning at the nationally recognized Rural Red Truck Bakery, have a memorable group dinner at Field & Main restaurant or a casual burger at Fosters Grill. Food Lion, 7-11, gas, pizza (with delivery), etc are all right there so you never have to go far to get what you need.

There are also 7 wineries within 15 minutes, Sky Meadows State Park for hiking and outdoor activities, and plenty of American history including Manassas National Battlepark also 15 minutes away.

Pool and spa are open April to October. Pool can be heated for an additional fee that varies based on the time of year (and the typical air temperature that month). If you are interested in heating the pool and spa please just ask!
