The best thing about this property was the interior, i.e., the size and the beautiful, tasteful, unique interior decorations and layout. The spacious back deck lighting was also a huge bonus! The motion sensor lights in the bedroom(s) were a buzzkill when trying to sleep. There should be an override for that and/or instructions on how to deactivate that "feature". There were cameras with scotch tape over them which wasn't awful, but just weird. The outside has much room for improvement. The lawn appeared not to have been mowed in over a month . . . the grass all around the house was almost to our knees which did not bode well for the lawn games we brought, i.e., cornhole, ring toss, etc. The back deck pictured in the listing was beautiful . . . some years ago, but in reality today the deck has not been cared for since. The signage on the property and the different sections was broken or missing. As the time grew closer we made multiple attempts to contact the host for more intricate information on the layout as we sought to find out the best way for a wheelchair-bound guest to visit us on the back deck. We never got an answer, but we figured it out ourselves upon arrival.

The house was the perfect size and the perfect amenities (pool table, huge backyard deck, large dining table, etc.) for our group of 8. Area was fun for exploring local wineries, cute shops, and quaint towns. We’d love to return again some day!

We were very disappointed in the stay. We booked this house to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The dishwasher, fireplaces, and heat was not in working order. The staff tried to make things right but without these things it was not the experience we had hoped for. Apparently the other person renting the room next to us was not happy about the accommodations as well and were refunded. We were given $375 back but considering how much we spent it did not seem like enough compensation. Sadly we will never stay here again.
