This Home is truly unique and Special because it is Not a true rental property... It is our Beach Home!! Very well taken care of and maintained, Clean and truly Loved by our Family!❣️.
We are renting it out for others to Enjoy and make Wonderful Summer memories! 😊 🏖️
It is in a Perfect location halfway between the wonderful towns of Lewes and Rehoboth. The beaches and towns are only ten minutes away. We’re located behind Midway Shopping Center on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. This is a Great house that is very Spacious, comfortable and bright with many windows. Also, there’s a lot of outdoor space to Relax and enjoy too!!
The House has been recently updated with many lovely features. There’s two family rooms- one connected to kitchen, dining room, and very large master bedroom with attached full bath. Kids bedroom has bunk beds with extra twin bed and 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed. And, hallway full bath.
So, plenty of privacy! Includes wonderful large screened in back porch with dining table to enjoy outside meals together and couch. Also, outdoor grill and patio as well!
Fantastic large, Outdoor Shower that’s very private and has lights for night when needed. A great bonus is a huge private yard with trampoline in good condition. **PLEASE NOTE… Must be used at Owners Risk, Discretion and Care. We are Not Liable for any injuries!! Only 1 jumping at a time, Please! Plus there’s a beautiful front porch with furniture to relax and enjoy as well! Driveway has 2 spots for parking as well as 2 off street parking. There is a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and central air. As I said before, we are located on a quiet dead end street that is walking distance to the Midway Speedway and Water Park, Movie theatre, Restaurants, and Outlet Mall. Conveniently located to Wolf Neck State Park with wonderful biking 🚴♀️ and walking trails, which connect Rehoboth to Lewes Cape Henlopen State Park. There’s also a cabinet full of games and puzzles to play as well as multiple DVDs. The TV is equipt with a Firestick including Netflix, Prime and some local channels. You can also add your own streaming services during your stay.

This vacation home suited us very well and was very comfortable for our visit to the area. It was centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth, with many dining options available and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was also very well stocked for when we chose to make our own meals.

Dorothy made the trip a breeze, and it was a perfect location for all the fun activities the area has to offer. The house was well equipped with all the essential plus some. My friend and o brought our daughters and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of room to not be on top of one another.

Very fine rental. Dorothy is very easy to work with and very responsive. You need to bring your own towels and sheets, but otherwise the house is well supplied - usually when we rent we have to buy something for the kitchen (we cook seriously) but not this time. House is well kept up. Good location - far enough from Route 1 so no road noise but close enough for easy access. Pleasant neighborhood. Road to Cape Henlopen State Park is quite close.

Loved the beach house! It was welcoming, clean and you could tell the owners really love it. Our 4yo daughter liked it a lot, especially the trampoline! Would definitely recommend!!
