Welcome to The Loft, a beautiful updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat located in the gated community of Sandpiper Village near Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. Thoughtfully designed for families, couples, and beach travelers alike, our relaxing third-floor condo combines comfort, convenience, and modern coastal charm for the perfect Delaware getaway.
Whether you're planning a family beach vacation, a couples retreat, shopping weekend, golf trip, or quiet coastal escape, The Loft offers a peaceful home base just minutes from Delaware’s most popular beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Relax in the spacious primary suite featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, 50” Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with double vanity and stand-up shower.
GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, twin bed, walk-in closet, and easy access to the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination that works especially well for families with children.
KITCHEN
Our fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, dinnerware, olive oil and an assortment of spices for meals at home. Start your mornings with coffee or tea before heading to the beach or exploring the Delaware coast.
LIVING & DINING AREA
The open-concept living room provides comfortable seating with two oversized sofas, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Guests can relax with streaming entertainment, family games, or plan their adventures using our guidebook filled with favorite local restaurants, beaches, and activities.
The dining area includes seating for four, plus additional counter seating.
SCREENED PORCH
One of our favorite spaces is the screened-in porch with a cozy bistro set and peaceful views — perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach.

The place was clean. The house was very helpful. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make whatever you needed They provided coffee. The place is decorated beautifully and we had a great time.
