The open-plan kitchen, both convivial and functional, opens onto spacious living areas where the authenticity of natural materials blends seamlessly with tasteful décor. Two upstairs bedrooms have direct access to a terrace offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, while a ground-floor bedroom also accommodates younger guests with a child's bed. A characterful house restored with natural materials, decorated and furnished with great taste. The cottage boasts a remarkable location in the heart of the countryside, just 500 meters from the village, on a one-hectare property where biodiversity has been preserved for many years, allowing you to easily observe the local flora and fauna. You will enjoy a private enclosed courtyard of 400 m² as well as numerous terraces to make the most of the outdoors.
