A beautifully furnished ground floor apartment boasting wonderful views of the estuary and beyond, a haven of tranquillity yet just 2 miles from Salcombe town centre.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Covered terrace to front with garden furniture. Enclosed rear patio with BBQ. Lawns and gardens (shared with other properties on-site). Parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are low walls with drops in the grounds. This property sleeps a maximum of 5 adults.. Ringrone is an historic property (now comprising seven apartments) set in its own mature grounds and positioned at the mouth of the estuary with magnificent views of the estuary and coastline to Prawle Point. Adjacent is the beautiful S.W. Coastal Path to Bolt Head, and the sub-tropical gardens at Overbecks, both owned by the National Trust. South Sands beach, popular for watersports, is within a quarter of a mile, and the town centre is approx 2 miles via the picturesque cliff and coast road. Also, a regular passenger ferry service runs from South Sands to the town centre during the summer.



Situated on the ground floor, facing the water, this spacious apartment retains the original high ceilings and features of the building. There are particularly lovely views from the magnificent living room.

These properties are rural, with access via country lanes, with a 20-30-minute walk to the local town.
