The house is City and Ski accessible along with being a 30 min drive to Boulder.
THE LOCATION & AREA
★ The Historic Artist’s Oasis is a simple 2 minute walk to the main street of Golden.
★ Walk 2 blocks to Clear Creek River. Have lunch or go tubing.
★ Golden City Brewery is 2 blocks away
★ The entrance to I-70 that heads to Breckenridge (1 20min), Winter Park (1 10min) and Vail (1 30min) is on 5 min away.
THE HOUSE: WELCOMING AND AMAZING
★ Decorated to make your stay a really relaxing experience, this home is great for a group of people that want to travel together and enjoy relaxing accommodations.
★ There are 2 floors of visually rich and inspiring decor. From comfy mattresses, comfy sheets, multiple seating areas, tasteful art, and large porch to enjoy any time of the day.
★ Built close to 150 years ago in 1874, every room exhibits the old character of homes from yesteryear.
★ The interior of the house feels very warm with exposed brick walls throughout the house, incredible murals, unique fixtures, and amazing art. All of them together create a truly special feeling. A TV free home.
★ With this much character you'd be hard pressed to find another home like it in Colorado.

★ The house has 3 bedrooms.
★ 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds.
★ 1 full bathroom with a claw foot tub.
★ 1 half bathroom on main floor.
★ AC / Radiator heat and wood stove.
HOW CLOSE IS EVERYTHING
★ Denver Airport (DIA) is 45min away
★ Are you heading to the mountains to ski or snowboard? The entrance to I-70 is a quick 5 minutes away.
★ Are you heading to Red Rocks to see a show? The entrance is a quick 15min away.
★ Are you going to see the Rockies play baseball at Coors Field? It's a 20 min drive.

Beautiful home that inspires a ton of conversation amongst the guests. Parking can be tricky--our host provided two guest passes, but I got a parking ticket while unloading my car! Our host was gracious in registering additional vehicles as guests, but definitely something to note!Would easily stay here again. Is there any way to give more than five stars?
