Communication was excellent ... and management was very responsive to minor questions/concerns. We had quite a busy schedule so we didn't take advantage of the hot tub and firepit but we very much enjoyed the rooftop when we could make it up there! Great location!

The property has potential to be great but because a few cleanliness issues, I am rating this property/stay at 3 stars:
Downstairs bathroom mirror dirty with toothpaste stains , hair in two of the shower drains, not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, wet washcloths left in the washing machine. It appeared the unit was not thoroughly cleaned / prepped for our stay. Considering the fact that we arrived late due to I70 closure for the blizzard, the cleaning crew had ample time to clean.
Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful views of the mountains, and loved the hot tub/firepit on the rooftop deck as well as the patio.
