This home is pristine. Beautiful amd perfect location. The view of the mountains in the hottub is worth it all by itself. If i lived here, Id want to know what the asking was for this place the interior design is fun, well done and very clean. Thabk you ahain for thw home and hospitality

I will definitely plan on staying at this condo again for many reasons. First off the host was very responsive from the time of booking with all communication. The condo is very spacious which is great when you are traveling with a large or multiple families. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We only had 5 of us so I can’t speak for how comfortable it would be staying on the pull out on the lower level. We didn’t find time on this trip to enjoy the hot tub and the very cool roof top area. The condo is conveniently located and walkable to the downtown shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t park in the garage due to the limitation on the height of the vehicle but we were always able to find parking on the street right in front of the unit. I highly recommend a stay here if you are coming to Golden.

The property has potential to be great but because a few cleanliness issues, I am rating this property/stay at 3 stars:
Downstairs bathroom mirror dirty with toothpaste stains , hair in two of the shower drains, not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, wet washcloths left in the washing machine. It appeared the unit was not thoroughly cleaned / prepped for our stay. Considering the fact that we arrived late due to I70 closure for the blizzard, the cleaning crew had ample time to clean.
Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, beautiful views of the mountains, and loved the hot tub/firepit on the rooftop deck as well as the patio.
