Golden View Townhouse - Walk to Downtown!

The location was nice, an easy downhill walk to downtown. There was coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap and laundry supplies in the unit which were helpful. The place was very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs and a bedroom, full bath plus a half bath downstairs. For a three day Red Rocks concert stay it was perfectly located.

The place was not clean. The microwave was covered with grease inside and out and there were crumbs on the counter. There were many stains on the carpet and the couch. It's ironic that there was a note on the door asking guests to remove their shoes to make the place feel homey, but when walking around the unit without shoes (for the first hour or so) the occupants feet and socks were filthy. There were no tables in the living room, seriously, not one. We had to pull barstools over so we could set down our coffee cups. The place has great potential, but the execution needs work.
