You will have a large and luminous living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room as well as a large terrace of 40 m² without vis-à-vis to enjoy a lunch outside!

Located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful bright living room equipped with air conditioning with a sitting area with two chairs, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A large terrace of 40 m², facing east-north and fitted with a pergola, a table and 4 seats to enjoy an outdoor lunch!
