Studio très propre et bien équipé, très bonne literie. Mais j'y ai seulement dormi.. donc difficile d'en dire plus
J'étais un peu des lieux de mes rencontres professionnelles et ça monte beaucoup !! Mais c'est moi qui aurais du faire attention à la localisation.

L emplacement est proche du centre ville, cuisine fonctionnelle, SDB en bon état
L humidité ambiante, impossible de fermer la porte de l intérieur du logement et au vue des traces de pieds sur le bas de la porte, on était pas les seuls, planché bois au dessus très bruyant, hygiène limite ( sol qui colle, reste alimentaire collé dans le frigo, miroir SDB sale...) , Vis qui dépasse du plateau de la table basse dangereuse, et parti commune dans un état déplorable.
