Come discover a small 2-room house measuring 43 m² with a sunny, fenced-in garden overlooking a very quiet street with very little traffic. A stream is located nearby, perfect for lovely walks. It’s 5 minutes from Saint-Jean-d’Angély, 20 minutes from Saintes and Lake Courcerac, 50 minutes from the seaside town of Royan, and close to the wild coast and its beaches.
There’s a parking spot in front of the house.

Our home stands out for its fully equipped amenities, including comfortable bedding and fiber-optic internet with free, unlimited Wi-Fi. Bed linens are provided for the main bed, as well as bath towels and dish towels.
The house features one bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. An open kitchen area opens onto the living room, which features a sleeper sofa that can accommodate two additional guests.

A Dolce Gusto coffee maker is available, along with essential supplies (toilet paper, a few coffee pods, paper towels, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The property is non-smoking.

There are several shops in the village (bakery, tobacco shop, grocery store, etc.) and meal delivery is available via Just Eat.

An 8-minute drive away, you’ll find a new convenience store, “API - Super Supérette,” open 24/7! (Saint-Hilaire-de-Villefranche).

Saint-Jean-d’Angély is a 5-minute drive from the accommodation and will soon become a spa town with restaurants, a weekly market, a swimming pool, and a movie theater.
